Return Policy

Please read this policy before placing your order. Because we sell live plant material, our return policy is different from a traditional retail store.

Important

All sales are final.

AlocasiaCORMs.com does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has shipped, we do not offer refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit except where applicable law requires otherwise.

No Returns

Live corms and plant material may not be returned after shipment or delivery. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

No Exchanges

We do not exchange one variety, corm, or plant for another after an order has shipped.

No Store Credit

We do not issue store credit for dissatisfaction, shipping stress, appearance, growth, or variegation differences.

Why This Policy Exists

Live plants are naturally variable.

Corms and other live plant material can change during shipping and as they begin growing. Size, shape, coloration, rooting speed, sprouting speed, growth habit, and variegation can all vary naturally. Mature plant photos are intended to show the variety's potential appearance and are not a guarantee that your future growth will look identical.

Examples of Final-Sale Situations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not offered for:

Change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse
Normal shipping stress or carrier delays
Damage or deterioration occurring in transit
Size or cosmetic appearance different from expectation
Slow rooting, slow sprouting, or growing-condition issues
Variegation, coloration, or pattern different from a mature reference photo
Future growth that reverts, changes color, or displays lower variegation

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel before shipment?

Cancellation requests may be considered only before the order has shipped. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered shipment processing, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Before You Order

Please make sure you are comfortable with the risks of buying live corms.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing living plant material and that shipping and future growth involve natural variation and risks outside our control.
