PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier is selected at our discretion based on destination, package size, and service availability. Tracking is provided on every order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

WEATHER HOLDS
We may, at our sole discretion, hold and delay shipment of an order when weather conditions along the shipping route or at the delivery address pose a risk to live plant material. This is done to protect the plant prior to shipment and is not a guarantee of condition upon arrival — see our Refund & Return Policy, which does not include a live arrival guarantee.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and no refund is issued in this circumstance.

RISK OF LOSS / TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package is picked up by or scanned into the carrier's system, our shipping responsibility is fulfilled. We are not liable for carrier delays, damage, loss, or mishandling in transit. As stated in our Refund & Return Policy, all sales are final and we do not offer a live arrival guarantee.
