Each Alocasia corm is living plant material. We package orders with care at our Florida nursery, provide tracking when shipped, and recommend opening and inspecting your corms promptly on arrival.

Processing vs. Delivery
Processing time: Most orders leave our Florida nursery within 3–6 business days of purchase. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
Transit time: Carrier delivery is additional and depends on your destination and carrier. Once tracking is sent, check the carrier's tracking page for current scans and delivery estimates.

Licensed Nursery Shipping
We prepare orders at a licensed nursery operation in Central Florida and follow the requirements applicable to shipping living plant material.
Carriers: We primarily ship UPS, with USPS or FedEx used as appropriate. Orders over $100.00 : A delivery signature is required.

Why does my order over $200 require a signature?
A signature provides additional delivery confirmation for higher-value live-corm orders. Please arrange for someone to receive the package.
What should I do if my package is delayed or damaged?
Check the carrier's tracking page first. For a damaged delivery, take clear photos of the packaging and corms and contact us promptly with your order number.
What should I do when my corms arrive?
